Probably, your childhood was a bit different, than your kid's one. Today's children live in the age of fast food, increasing pressure at school, computer games. Yoga can counteract those impacts. And acro yoga is a wonderful way to introduce yoga to children, to help them learn healthy lifestyle habits from an early age and set the foundation for a fit future.

Acro yoga is a partner based practice that combines yoga, acrobatics and healing arts. It includes a lot of interaction and play - and is especially loved by children. Filled with fun and laughter it increases body awareness, self-esteem and helps to build concentration.
